Join us at Haslemere Library for an afternoon with local author Matt Graydon as he talks about his book Leaving Fatherland.

Leaving Fatherland is his debut novel and provides a different take on what it was like to be in the Luftwaffe during WW2. With scenes inspired by real events, it follows book-loving protagonist Oskar from his childhood in Nazi Germany to New York City and beyond, as he struggles to come to terms with his father’s abuse.

The session will end with some audience questions and a book signing.
