Haslemere Library hosts a Shakespeare Week interactive story time event for teens and adults

Romeo &/or Juliet: The Bard, but make it INTERACTIVE

What if Romeo made better choices?
What if Juliet didn’t?
What if you got to decide?

Join us for a lively, interactive read-aloud of Romeo and/or Juliet by Ryan North — a choose-your-own-adventure twist on William Shakespeare’s most famous love story.

This is not a lecture.
It’s not a quiet reading group.

It’s an interactive story time for teens (PG 12+) and adults where the audience votes, the plot twists, and the fate of Verona is entirely in your hands.

Expect:
Dramatic readings
Terrible decisions
Unexpected endings
Maximum chaos

Perfect for teens, theatre lovers, reluctant Shakespeare readers, and anyone who’s ever thought, “Surely they could have handled that better.”

Saturday 28th March
Drop-in: 11am - 12pm
Suggested Donation: £2 per person

Come rewrite the tragedy at Haslemere Library.
