Annual Educate & Inspire lecture given this year by Benjamin Morris, Senior Field Officer at the Beaver Trust

Beavers are ecosystem engineers. By building dams, digging and foraging, they can transform and restore rivers and wetlands. Research has shown that on a landscape scale, the positives of beavers far outweigh the negatives. Where beavers may bring challenges, how can we learn to live with them and promote and utilise the positive effects they offer?
