Hashing is "social running", i.e. not a race, and walking some of it is not frowned upon. A trail will have been laid by a 'hare' with checkpoints and false trails, all serving to keep the pack together as much as possible. We run through some of the best scenery in the area. Do give it a try.

Newcomers (and their children/dogs) are very welcome. You will be briefed about how "hashing" works at the start.  Do then join in for a drink afterwards, usually in a nearby pub.
