In this talk two of Haslemere’s exploration geologists and a winemaker will discuss the influence of soil and rock formations on different grape varieties and winemaking traditions.

The talk will be followed by a guided tasting of wines selected to illustrate the theme, accompanied by a charcuterie and cheese board.
