Surrey Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) serves diverse and ever-changing communities, with a wide range of risks such as residential, commercial and industrial premises, and large areas of common and heathland. They are focused on the prevention of fires and safety messaging.
Help Needed
Volunteers at Surrey Fire & Rescue take on a wide range of important roles to help stations and departments engage effectively with local residents. They help to deliver community safety initiatives, run events, distribute personal protective equipment (PPE), conduct welfare checks, and assist at exercises to name a few. Fire Volunteers come from all backgrounds and walks of life, and offer their skills, time and knowledge to deliver a variety of important roles. Their dedication helps to provide invaluable support to the communities and our colleagues within Surrey.
