Kintsugi Hope well-being sessions begin in April and run for the Summer term
What is a Kintsugi Hope wellbeing group?
It's a safe and supportive space where you can gain insights and develop practical tools to look after your wellbeing.
Who is it for?
Any adults who want to look after their wellbeing, get some support and hope! Whether you're going through a rough time now or have been in the past everyone is welcome.
What goes on in the group?
There's time for group discussions, activities and peer support while building up a toolkit to help us be more resilient and hopeful.
We'll look at:
Honesty, anxiety, depression, disappointment & loss, resilience, healthy relationships, anger, shame, forgiveness and self-acceptance.
It's a space to share the challenges of life but also the good stuff. And there will be laughter and cake too.
What does Kintsugi mean?
Kintsugi is the Japanese technique of repairing broken pottery with seams of gold and the art represents resilience and broken pieces being put together again into something beautiful.
The group runs from 16th April for the summer term, refreshments are provided and it is completely free.
This groups will be run by Lee Lees and Helena Polson.
If you would like to find out more or have any questions to help you decide if the group is for you, email: hello@3countiesvineyard.church
