The Welcome Club runs every Tuesday afternoon, 1.30 - 3.30pm.

Meet others who know how you are feeling either on your own or with the person you are caring for.

There are a variety of activities and visits from outside speakers.

On the last Tuesday of the month, a light lunch is on offer.
