Early in March 2026, Waitrose Haslemere reopened the doors of its West Street store following a multi-million pound refurbishment designed to deliver an even better experience for customers. Our esteemed town crier, Christian Ashdown, was in attendance at the ribbon cutting. Read the press release here on the John Lewis website. There are upgraded service counters, redesigned bakery offering, a food lovers’ hub, wine offers and more.

One thing though that is not new is Waitrose's commitment to their Community Matters Scheme.
