Here is a message from Ken Griffiths who runs Wey Hill In Bloom (WIB):

"With the night’s drawing in and Autumn firmly with us, the Weyhill in Bloom volunteers have changed the planting at the Tesco traffic lights to the Winter / Spring display. The hanging baskets were also taken down for the winter, but will be back in the spring next year.

I trust you will agree, this summer’s display has been absolutely stunning and as soon as these plants become established, they too will brighten up a winter / spring day. The plants have been grown for us by Farnham in Bloom and the picture shows the volunteers who carried out the work this morning. Our gardening sessions will now die down for winter, but we will be back in earnest next spring and once again we will be entering the RHS / Britain in Bloom, It’s your Neighbourhood competition."

If you feel like joining and becoming part of the WIB team, they would welcome you. If that is the case, then please do send us a message (big orange Contact button at the right hand top of your screen) and we will put you in touch with Mr. Griffiths.
