Different ways to contact the surgery to make an appointment.

You can contact the surgery via the NHS app or website, or by using the online form found underneath the tab 'appointments' on the home page of the health centre website.

Please note the online form works during practice opening hours.

Each online request is reviewed, to ensure you are directed to the right person for your condition, and you will be contacted with the appropriate information, either to contact the surgery for an appointment, or that a Practioner will phone you to discuss your problem.

If you submit a request this way, do bear in mind that a form submitted may not be seen until the next day, or if submitted at 4pm on a Friday may well not be reviewed until Monday morning.

You can also phone the surgery, where you will be answered as swiftly as possible by the trained reception team. You will be told where you are in the queue and offered the option to request a call back. If you choose that option, you do not lose your place within the queue and you will be called back.

Three new consulting rooms

On 14th January the 3 new consulting rooms were officially opened by Haslemere's mayor Oliver Leach.

These extra rooms have been made by judicious design of space from the original Health Education Room with a small kitchen and storage cupboard.

At the same time the B/P machine has been moved into this new suite of rooms giving a little more privacy.

Finally, the 'sign in' screen has moved into the waiting room, which has freed up space in the front hall, making it a little less crowded.

All of this was made possible by the use of CIL money from the Town Council, as well as funds from the Practice. It was also supported by the Integrated Care Board (Surrey Heartlands), NHS Property Company. The need for additional clinical space was recognised by all agencies.

This will enable more patients to be seen and help to shorten waiting times for routine appointments.
