Crossways Counselling are looking for an experienced Business Director to help lead their work supporting local individuals, couples, and young people (ages 11-18) who cannot afford private counselling.

This is a flexible, remote role (approx. 20 hours/month) ideal for someone with skills in business strategy, operations, fundraising, and promotion. You'll be responsible for shaping and managing their business plan, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the long-term sustainability of their vital service.

£15/hour - 20hrs/month

Remote with flexible hours

In-person trustee meetings and yearly AGMs in Haslemere
