In October 2026, Waitrose continues its commitment to their Community Matters Scheme. This is their hyper-local green token initiative where shoppers get to choose a local cause that the store will support financially. The current causes in the scheme are listed below and we are confident that there will be one that is close to your heart. Please support them by dropping your green token in the slot. Each charity receives up to £1,500.

Imagine That Productions

Imagine That Productions was established in 2016 to provide public performances in classical music, operetta and music theatre with local amateur singers. It has a particular aim of involving young people and children and encouraging the development of good quality vocal technique. ITP has an “all ages" policy so the cast regularly ranges from age 7 to beyond retirement age.

The Haslemere Players

We are an amateur dramatics group based in Surrey providing opportunities for all ages to be involved in high quality productions and providing education and training in this area. We contribute to arts and culture in the local area.

St Batholomew's PTA
Registered Charity Number: 1102182

Your support will help provide ingredients and equipment so every child in our school can take part in hands-on cookery lessons. These sessions teach vital life skills, promote healthy eating, build confidence, and inspire children to try new foods. For some pupils, this may be their only opportunity to learn how to cook from scratch, giving them skills and experiences that can benefit them for life.
