About
Crossways provides a professional and confidential counselling service for adults (age 18+) – and from September 2023 for couples and young people aged 11-18 – in the Haslemere area. Its counsellors are trained to Diploma level and beyond in counselling and abide by the code of ethics of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy of which it is a member. They are all practising Christians and work under regular supervision.
Help Needed
Crossways Counselling are currently in need of a experienced responsible Bookkeeper/Treasurer to oversee the financial affairs of the charity and all relevant work in relation to this, including reporting to the trustees as required, along with the day-to-day book-keeping responsibilities and supporting administrative and fundraising tasks. This will include producing the end of year accounts as well as quarterly reports. This is a voluntary role and normally requires around 10 hours per month although this may increase when for example producing the end of year accounts and reports for the Charities Commission.
