We’re currently recruiting adult volunteers to join the Army Cadet Force (ACF) -  one of the UK’s leading youth organisations.

As an ACF adult volunteer, you’ll be part of a team that inspires and supports young people, helping them build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills that will last a lifetime. Volunteers need to be aged 20 years or more and have lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years. Volunteers need to be kind, patient and responsible, have a good level of fitness and to be able to understand young people and their needs. Prior military experience is not required, nor are relevant skills such as flying or gliding. All the training you need will be provided as will uniforms. While volunteers don’t get paid, if volunteers progress to be an officer or non-commissioned officer, they can claim for up to 28 days’ volunteer allowance.
