Help Needed
The Haslemere Fringe Festival is a charity event run and supported entirely by an amazing network of volunteers from the local community and beyond. Volunteers are vital to the vibrancy and smooth running of the event. The help of volunteers also ensures that ticket prices for the event can be kept affordable. Volunteers are required to work on the bar and at the entrance gate. Volunteer stewards are also required to patrol around the site or to be positioned at an allocated point within the site. In addition, volunteers are needed to help set up prior to opening and to take down fencing and infrastructure following the event. Volunteers with experience and expertise in social media are also welcomed. Volunteer shifts tend to be 3 hours in length. As a gesture of goodwill, volunteers are given free entry to the festival on the day on which they are volunteering.
