Youth Volunteering at Queen Elizabeth Country Park

Youth Volunteering and Adult Volunteering

In January 2025, youth volunteers tackled a forgotten area near our rangers yard that we hope to turn into a mini flower paradise for our pollinators.

The group worked tirelessly and covered a lot of ground so well done!

Also in January 2025, the Park Maintenance volunteers were installing our Heritage Trail up at the top of Butser. The trail follows parts of the Downland Trail, if you are visiting the hill top soon please take a wander and find out about the history that surrounds Butser Hill.

Thank you again to our dedicated team of volunteers for all your hard work.

If you are looking for volunteering opportunities for young people we are offering monthly sessions for those aged 14 - 17years. Ideal for those who are looking for volunteering placements for their Duke of Edinburgh award.
