Whether I'm coaching, facilitating or training, I provide an environment full of energy, warmth and challenge in equal measure which in turn enables my client’s performance to excel. 

I have 19 + years’ experience of working with wonderful people from all walks of life, enabling them to develop themselves in whatever role they currently have in life, as a professional in an organization, in transition from one job to another or into retirement, or being the Manager of the Family. 

I live by my three core values – trust, honesty and respect – and as a result, I work best with clients who share them. 

I will invest whatever it takes to get to know my clients to find the right balance for our working relationship, ensuring the greatest return on investment. 

I am known by my clients for my ability to be both challenging and encouraging in appropriate measure and ensure a focus on the agreed outcomes in a safe and trusted environment.
