Handmade Baby Classics

My name is Lois and I established Handmade Baby Classics in 2009 as an online boutique offering luxury hand knitted baby clothes.

I design all the clothing myself to create timeless designs offering superior comfort and fit. When my first child was born, I became more and more aware of the lack of classic knitted cardigans along with a lack of comfortable trousers that didn’t restrict my son’s movement, and so I set about making clothes for my son’s wardrobe. My designs have been much admired when out and about at the local baby groups and it has been my passion to bring back classic hand knits to today’s 21st century babies.

I make my range of baby clothes from high quality natural yarns and fabrics for ultimate comfort and these are finished with natural wooden buttons. Most designs feature my signature ‘comfort fit’ design with no seams at the sides, raglans or neck for the most comfortable fit for baby. I thoroughly check all garments to ensure they meet my own exacting standards before sending items out to you, to ensure the highest level of quality is maintained at all times.
