Hi I'm Jack

Having lived and breathed sport, exercise and fitness for many years, my business enables me to pursue what I love. I am a fully registered exercise professional with the governing body (CIMSPA), holding all the appropriate qualifications and insurance, including Childhood Nutrition and Obesity Prevention.

I appreciate that no two people are the same physically, mentally or socially. The knowledge gained during my degree (BSc Sport and Exercise Science) ensures that your individual needs and preferences are catered for, so that you can excel.

Therefore, regardless of your age, ability and previous exercise experience, we can find what works best for you!
