Meet Matt

Mental and physical health go hand in hand and being able to exercise face to face again brings a level of connection and acceptance. After so long with restrictions, I see a sense of renewed freedom and vigour in my classes and personal training sessions. My clients jump that little bit higher, laugh louder and breathe so much more deeply.

Maybe that’s what we’ve all learned after lockdowns; energy, connection and laughter are things to embrace and enjoy.

My classes and Personal Training sessions celebrate and embrace wellbeing and I’ll do all I can to reinvigorate energy levels through exercise.

I make it my mission to provide great coaching to achieve improved health and energy for everyone regardless of their starting points.

I use a tried and tested coaching model, teamed with a combination of sound nutritional pathways and exercise techniques.

I bring about change in my clients that’s easy to integrate, delivers fast results and forms a long-lasting impact on energy, health and motivation.

“Exercise will not put years on your life, but will put life in your years” Per-Olaf Asrand.

Interview with Ian Rowley, owner of The Haslemere Bookshop The Haslemere Bookshop is an independent bookshop at the heart of Haslemere High Street selling new and second-hand books, and cards. Did you face any challenges when setting up the business? There has been a bookshop on the High Street for many years. When I took over the shop from Ronald Timms in 2014, I had no idea how a bookshop worked; fortunately the staff (all friends or family) did! Since then, through their hard work, the business has been transformed. Not only does the shop look very different but we are online, more community focussed and our second-hand book section rejuvenated.
