St John's Ambulance is a charity that provides workplace training, first aid supplies and event and ambulance services.
How they work:
Volunteers are at the heart of how St John's Ambulance deliver their services.
They deliver vital medical aid both as Community First Responders and in providing emergency response support. Their first aid services are also relied upon at thousands of events every year throughout the country. They provide this support at a number of events in Haslemere such as the Haslemere Food Festival, the Fringe Festival and the Christmas Fair. And they provide first aid, health and safety and mental health first aid training to companies, local authorities and members of the public.
